Message-ID: <E16FA1E615D0D311979400C0CA1777A30B62A3@mail.green.cz> From: Jiri Mares <Jiri.Mares@green.cz> Date: Mon, 4 Dec 2000 09:04:16 +0100 Subject: kernel config option hi, i'm using SuSE 7.0 professional on intel. in my computer there is an realtek 8139 network card. because i'm going to configure linux as our firewall and proxy i decided to compile new kernel with support for this card in (not as module). and there appears my problem, because the option for this card is not in (the rtl8139.c is there). i'm sure that the option is there because this was my second install on the same HW and for the first time the option was there. the only deferences between that 2 installations is that the first was made by yast and to 3 partions (swap, /, /boot) and the second was made by yast2 and to more partitions.
