[opensuse] Update problem x86_64 10.3
Hi I've been offered updates for suse 10.3 x86_64 and this is what I get ########################################### 20 Problems: Problem: No valid solution found with just resolvables of best architecture. Problem: libFLAC8-32bit cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: yast2-gtk cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: xine-lib cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: libvorbis-32bit cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: kernel-default cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: kernel-xenpae cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: kernel-bigsmp cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: kernel-source cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: kernel-debug cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: kernel-xen cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: uvcvideo-kmp-xen cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: gspcav-kmp-xenpae cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: gspcav-kmp-xen cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: uvcvideo-kmp-debug cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: gspcav-kmp-debug cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: quickcam-kmp-default cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: uvcvideo-kmp-default cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: gspcav-kmp-bigsmp cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: gspcav-kmp-default cannot be installed due to missing dependencies Problem: No valid solution found with just resolvables of best architecture. With this run only resolvables with the best architecture have been regarded. Regarding all possible resolvables takes time, but can come to a valid result. Solution 1: Make a solver run with ALL possibilities. Regarding all resolvables with a compatible architecture. ############################################# Why does this happen and what should I do about it? Actually my update icon has been red for 2 weeks and this is the 3rd time I've accepted the recommended updates. Where do you get this messages ? Maybe try to manually define/run an update via Yast Control Centre -> Software -> Online Update I've had problems with the updater on 10.3 64bit because of a bug in zypper itself, it appears, maybe the same holds for you. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
