Hi All , we have existing FTP Server with 4 Slices(/ , swap , /ftp_1, /ftp_2) running under OS 11 32 bit OS . This machine is Celeron 2.X Ghz with IDE Disk of 80GB . Now i have bought one another machine with Following Specs : Intel ATOM , 160GB sata , 2 GB Ram . Now i am planning to move this Entire Disk as it is on this New Intel ATOM machine . can any one let me know what all problems i may faces and any solution or hints so that i can plan my migration . Should I use g4l , rsync , dd or any thing else ????? may i get error once i installed GRUB on sata , will my initrd will complaint about Sata Drivers . do i need to to make any changes using Live CD or knoppix . please suggest .
