Hi, Long ago, audit entries by apparmor of the form: type=AVC msg=audit(1432806701.990:1660096): apparmor="DENIED" operation="file_mmap" info="Failed name lookup - disconnected path" error=-13 profile="/usr/sbin/openvpn" name="run/nscd/dby6fOGd" pid=4296 comm="openvpn" requested_mask="r" denied_mask="r" fsuid=0 ouid=0 started appearing in /var/log/audit/audit.log. I've seen this also many times with var/run paths missing the root in the path. The main problem with it, apart from the fact that apparmor fails to enforce permissions, is that aa- logprof aborts when it encounters such lines. Is this known?
