[opensuse] Problem install 10.2 64 bit, blank screen.
Hi All, I got a probelm during installation opensuse 10.2 64 bit in AMD Athlon 64. After I choose installation in grub, it just blank screen, the keyboard not responding. MB: M2NPV-MX, VGA on-board, HD SATA, Memory 2GB. I believe the initial bootup image does not have sata-support, or your mb-manufacturer have put sata and ide into the same chip, which then the kernel thinks is a ide. I had the same thing when I installed 10.2 on an ASUS P5B, I solved it by installing the net-install image and then install from the net-repository.
