Problem: After a little over 1 day of uptime my system locks up. The keyboard is not functional (keys do not work) and the display is forzen. This mostly happens when I'm using 3D acceleration playing SOF. Once using YOU and once playing Max Bomber. System: GA-7DXR motherboard, AMD 761 Memory/PCI/AGP Controller. VT82C686B PCI Super-I/O integrated Peripheral Controller. Video Card: TNT M64 card with is reported to be a Vanta card by Sax2. Using latest nvidia drivers (1.0.2313) What I have done to try and solve this problem: disableapic in lilo.conf using NVIDIA AGP driver as well as XFree driver 2x AGP as well as 4X Arranged PCI cards so interrupts are not shared Checked the files warn, messages, and XFree86.0.log in /var/log.
