I am unable to burn MP3's to an audio CD in k3b and cdbakeoven ends up
creating coasters as the songs are a garbled mess of fuzz, what packages

am I correct in thinking that you want to convert the mp3s to a standard music CD format that plays in any music CD player? indeed, I used to be able to drag and drop MP3's into k3b, begin burning and whatever conversion was necessary was done and was therefore plyable in a regular audio CD player, as of me upgrading to 9.0 this is no longer possible (for me a least); what do I need to do?

One possibility is using xmms, with the diskwriter output plugin, to convert the mp3 to cd quality wav files, then burn the wav files with k3b. -- Joe Morris New Tribes Mission Email Address: Joe_Morris@ntm.org Web Address: http://www.mydestiny.net/~joe_morris Registered Linux user 231871 God said, I AM that I AM. Hope that someone who already has 9.0 can help I guess. Specifying your versions up front is always helpful so you can save a little time Damon Register
