Yep, especially when you're trying to scan an a needed document and find your scanner doesn't work.

Brother's equipment is TOTALLY supported... BY BROTHER, including not only driver software, etc., but even instructions.

The Epson has worked well for years, but I don't use it often enough to justify buying another scanner. I was able to install the 32 bit iscan driver from Epson and that worked well.
