Help! How can I convert a PostScript file to a Graphic or Vector PDF?

Hi everyone, I have a problem, which I thought I had solved, but apparently did not. :-\ Okay here it is - I had a Microsoft Publisher document that needed to be transferred to someone who does not have MS Publisher. It seemed the obvious way (to me), was to save the Pub doc to PostScript format, then convert it to a PDF file once safely back in Linux. However, whenver I try to convert my PS file to a PDF, large chucks of text disappear. It seems to me my options are either to turn the text into vector images inside the PDF file or to save the PS file into some kind of graphic. However, I have no idea how to do either. Can anyone give me a suggestion? Thanks, Tim -- ---------------------------------------------------------------- Timothy R. Hi again everyone, Please ignore my last message, I just realized I overlooked the PostScript filter built in to the Gimp. Sorry... -Tim -- ---------------------------------------------------------------- Timothy R.
