According to http://archives.andrew.net.au/lm-sensors/msg07847.html the current SuSE kernel 2.6.x and sensors package version do not match, it would be nice for SuSE to fix this bug by issuing an update. I was thinking there's some problem with the it87 driver (Shuttle XPC SB75G2), but if the problem was a mismatched kernel driver seems that SuSE hasn't paid the needed attention to the sensors release included with 9.1.... :( El Domingo, 6 de Junio de 2004 00:24, Laurent GUERBY escribió:

I still find this odd - I had no trouble setting up to use sensors on my 9.1 box using the packages supplied by SUSE (I did do an online update, but I don't think the sensors package changed). The only issue was where to put the commands I needed during the boot sequence :-) John -- John Pettigrew Headstrong Games john@headstrong-games.co.uk Fun : Strategy : Price http://www.headstrong-games.co.uk/ Board games that won't break the bank Valley of the Kings: ransack an ancient Egyptian tomb but beware of mummies!
My YOU just installed a brand new sensors-2.8.6-0.2 from SuSE that fixes the problem, thanks SuSE! Laurent On Sun, 2004-06-06 at 00:24, Laurent GUERBY wrote:
