Just an FYI...2.4.16 directories have been created under the 7.3 updates directory. Also, it appears that Hubert made another .16 release ..it's -22 which I am assuming is what's going to be put into the update directory. :) I have it installed..works quite well. Now just to figure out if the PCMCIA modules are there..haven't looked. It would be nice to have SuSE kernel for my Stickpad :) -----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====----- Ben Rosenberg mailto:ben@whack.org -----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====----- I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...
It would be really nice to know if pcmcia modules for 2.4.16 are around, as my notebook requires them. And it would be even cooler if they included the Prism2 and cs89x0_cs modules for my obscure net cards :-) On Wednesday, December 19, 2001, at 02:42 PM, Ben Rosenberg wrote:

I would assume that this release has it. After all it's in the official updates and those are always complete builds. * Gnu iBook 2 (gnu_ibook_2@mac.com) [011220 19:16]: ->It would be really nice to know if pcmcia modules for 2.4.16 are ->around, as my notebook requires them. Just updated my laptop to 2.4.16 from the 7.2 update directory, works like a champ. I also installed the PCMCIA RPM from that directory, and that works great too. -- =========================================================== Glenn Holmer (gholmer@ameritech.net) ----------------------------------------------------------- Performing music well is a matter of distorting the score to produce the desired illusion, namely the existence of the score in a pure state. ----------------------------------------------------------- -Shadow, 1975 ===========================================================
