DB, I have an Win-TV card and it works fairly well. I have captured a couple of things and burned them onto VCDs and they worked fine. Hope this helps. On Thursday 05 June 2003 17:57, DB Troll wrote:

Thanks Kelly; Which Win-Tv card are you using and what app to burn. I have the Hauppauge card model 401 (which I don't think that they make now). The 190 does work, it just doesn't do stereo or have a FM tuner like the 401. I used the mjpegtools to build my mpeg from an AVI that was captured using the streamer app that comes with XawTV. I then burned it with cdrdao. I haven't done it in a while, and it took a little playing to get everything set up properly. P.S. sorry about top posting on the first reply. I know better, but have been corresponding with Windoze folks too much recently at work :-( -- Kelly L. Fulks Home Account near Huntsville, AL

Thanks Kelly, No problem with top post as I go back and forth with Windoze. I think I will try the 250 Usb if I can find drivers for it that way I can move it to different machines unless you have a better solution.
