[SuSE Linux] SO50, glibc2 2.0.7, SuSE 5.3?
I would have searched the archives before I posted, but it seems there are none for the last month. Has anybody upgraded their glibc2 to run SO50? I looked at the readme which said it wanted to do nasty things to my /lib/ld-linux.so.2. I don't understand this stuff well enough to tell the SO install script to force the installation. It seems to me the thing to do is to upgrade my glibc2 for the whole OS and not just for SO. What should I do. BTW is it reasonable to wait until SuSE 6.0 is out? Will that fix all of this for me?
