Hi, After a trial with 5.2, I installed SuSE 5.3: it seemed ok, until I tried to edit a script with vi.. Under X my keys don't work properly! In example, I'm missing the combinations of AltGr + 2 or 3 ... I can't type # nor @ . There's no problem outside X. I tried to: - add "XkbDisable" in /etc/XF86Config - disable all calls to xmodmap they don't work. I just read I could start X with the "-kb" parameter, but where ? I can't type xdm -kb because xdm doesn't want any line parameters.. Please HELP! I'm running SuSE 5.3, with a natural kb, sf-latin1 keymap. Thanks in advance ! andrea gorgone switzerland - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
