[opensuse] Akonadi and KWallet at startup
I am trying to figure out why Akonadi-Kontact ask me everytime the system startup a KWallet password. It's there a way to make them work properly ? Maybe it's related or not. If a close Kontact and try to open it later ocassionally it does not open at all but other programs (KMail, Calendar, etc.) are able to open despite Kontact. Any comments or ideas greatly appreciated. openSUSE 11.4 | KDE 4.7.00r6 | R.A. Only a follow up comment here, but there was most definitely an annoying behaviour change. Previously, circa 4.6.x or so, KWallet could be configured such that once KWallet asked for the password the first time any subsequent program start would just silently hit the open wallet. I had it set to close the wallet after the last program stopped using it. Now, circa 4.7.x with kmail2/akonadi/nepomuk stuff each time I open anything I get the wallet asking for the password. I start Kontact I get the password box for KWallet, I then hit the Check Mail button and get asked again, open Kopete - and yet again, etc. This is not how it used to work and I truly wish it could be fixed back to the old behaviour. It is truly annoying. -Mike -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
