Hi all, Just want to shortly explained how I got SuSE 9 installed on my HP ze4125 pavilion laptop. The problem: Unable to get past welcome screen while trying to boot. The solution: Copy contents of DVD or CDs onto NFS server as described in the SuSE handbook. Then boot from 8.2 install disk (The 20mb net install disks available for free download will do.), choose manual install, load network device module, choose the NFS install method, enter the share on the server that includes the disk(s) you copied over and then everything is like usual except that this method installs quicker.
