Has anyone seen this? Anyone have any ideas what maybe causing this?

I can't say, because the console output is independent of the cause of the crash in this case. Could you install the debuginfo packages listed at http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs:KDE, and kdepim4-debuginfo, and submit the crash report (the ladybug crash dialog contents that appears) as bug report at bugzilla.novell.com, together with any steps needed to make it crash if not 'Just Start It'.
