Hi Guys, Well you Pysol fanatics have got me interested! I found Pysol via YAST2 on SUSE 8.2 and installed it w/o probs. It starts OK and looks cool. But whenever the mouse cursor touches the tool bar it 'winks' out of existance. Also dies if I strike the 'D' key for a new deal. I found the latest vers (-194) at the Pysol homepage but it beheaves the same way. The same failure observed on another 8.2 machine. Can anyone assist? Hi again, It turns out that TkInter needed to be updated. YOU had an entry for TkInter that had never been autoselected on previous runs of YOU. It seems that YOU only flags an update when YAST knows that an installed package needs it. Almost too clever for a dope like me. Moral to the story: After installing any new package run YOU to assure that you have the latest updated dependancy resolved for that pkg. Good luck to you all!! ......................... This was a problem with the pysol on the DVD/CD's. Go get the update with YOU.
