- just a remark: Jan 2007, bought a new 120 gig WD HD - soon after format fdisk could not see partition table. .......................... after re-partitioning/re-format, soon same trouble ................ next tried with Western Digital utility-tools. again - soon after format fdisk could not see partition table. .......................... as an experiment, tried to install Windows 2000 : not possible! .......................................
