Can anyone confirm this bug?

After applying latest updates (2016-03-01), KDE does not start properly anymore, it's just a black screen after login.
I even tried reinstalling the whole machine and applying updates, then creating a new user.
It's reproducible. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
-----Ursprüngliche Nachricht Ende----- I can confirm this here on my system. All black screen, only cursor is seen but it is themed. Only the desktop is hit by this bug, sddm and the whole distribution itself works. It is possible to login on tty1 as any desired user. So, we can now indulge in ripping off our clothes and wine how bad plasma 5 is. Or we can try to find similarities and fix it. I go for the fix, others may continue to a "Greek tragedy". People are free.
The system hit here, is one with Nvidia Graphics card. The rendering was set to openGL3.1 and the driver was the proprietary Nvidia driver. The settings where to not restore the last session but always start a fresh one. All the rest was "standard". Can you find any similarities in your hardware / openGL settings?
