You can find where dnsmasq files are installed with the command: rpm -q dnsmasq --list If doesn't appear dnsmasq is started by default. This command: systemctl status dnsmasq gives these results: ● dnsmasq.service - DNS caching server. Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/dnsmasq.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Drop-In: /run/systemd/generator/dnsmasq.service.d └─50-insserv.conf-$named.conf Active: inactive (dead) You can enable then start it with systemctl enable dnsmasq systemctl start dnsmasq Please let us know if that helps.
