Sound problem with BETA1
hi all ! just installed openSUSE 10.2 BETA1, and already got serious sound problems.... more correctly I have no sound at all, but the driver reports it's OK.... how to diagnose sound problems deeper ? (I just dont want to open stupid bug saying "sound doesn't works")

Details please: which version- 32-bit or 64-bit? (I would be most surprised if you installed the 32-bit to be able to ask the question about sound.) Cheers. -- I'm dangerous when I know what I'm doing.

So anyone has any ideas?
No not really. Don't know what type of sound card, MB, what driver, but I've got a lot of good ideas. speaker plugged in? Correct driver installed? Properly setup with yast? See? Lots of ideas, but without more information from you about your system, it's really hard to figure out.
