[opensuse] digikam 6.1.0 segmentation fault at start (from KDE:Extra)
Hi, since the latest update digikam 6.1.0-196.1-x86_64 from obs://build.opensuse.org/KDE:Extra produces a segmentation fault immediately at start ("Speicherzugriffsfehler (Speicherabzug geschrieben)") According to Gilles Caulier from digikam "It sounds like something is not properly packaged" I cannot go back to the "official" Opensuse-Digikam (Version 5) because database schema has changed when upgrading to version 6 and there's no way back... The previous v6-version seems not available anymore. I am now using the appimage version, but I don't like it and it can only serve as a temporary workaround. Is the digikam-packager on this list? Where do I best report this error? Thanks for hints. I went to check and found that I didn't have digikam installed. When I went to install it I found it would be from the same repository, but ... that also dragged in: akonadi-contact libKF5AkonadiContact5 libKF5AkonadiWidgets5 libKF5ContactEditor5 libMagick++-6_Q16-3 libmarblewidget-qt5-27 libmarblewidget-qt5-28 I could, at a push, understand Magick, since it is image processing, but contact management and planetary visualization seems a bit much. -- A: Yes. > Q: Are you sure? >> A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation. >>> Q: Why is top posting frowned upon? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
