That value is coded into Kaffeine. You would have to modify the source and recompile to change it.
However, I found a patch on the Internet that claims to allow you to change the value on the fly.

Note that this might damage your system. So make a backup before playing with it. I like to rsync my installation to another partition before upgrading/installing/configuring.
