I had verizon dsl for some time now, and it runs okay. There was a period of time when an outage lasted for about 2 days, but apart from that incedent, in past 4 months bell dsl, and now verizon, was not bad. ave. download speed was about 50-60 kbps, and i have about 3 downloads running before i start noticing performance degradation. I have a basic home dsl service, 640/90, and as much as i am against monopolies and large corporations, i think verizon is pretty decent.
