Hi, This is a 24 pin Multi-mode dot matrix printer. And It is not listed in Yast2 printer config. I tried to emulate Epson LQ 450, but the result is much less than desirable, printing letters extremely large. Anyone on the list using this printer successfully? Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. nevzat -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq

I used to have the model right before that. . .KXP1123. I used one of the Epson drivers without any trouble. In fact it printed better under linux than it did with its own native drivers in windows. Unfortunately I don't remember the exact driver, but I would just methodically move through the Epson drivers until I got the one that worked. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Darren R. This is a hardware choice with setting up the printer from the front control panel. If you don't have the manual, let me know and I can lead you through the steps to set it as the Epson.
