Is there an extension for Kopete in order to make calls like in Yahoo Messenger. This feature seems to be available only for YM for Windows. -- Bogdan Cristea -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I can't find one searching on the Internet. However, have you considered Skype or other VoIP? Mike -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I have regular meetings with people using YM. It could be difficult for them to change to Skype since only I use Linux. -- Bogdan Cristea -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Well two things: 1) Try WINE. http://www.winehq.org/ 2) Use Windows. If you have a fast enough computer then you might consider running Windows as a virtual machine inside Linux for things like YM. I have already tried with wine but I was not able to connect to my Yahoo account. I have to dig to understand why. The second solution is too memory and hard disk consuming to consider. Thanks anyway. -- Bogdan Cristea -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
