In my 7.3 pro box, there is a red note saying "Kindly note that the SuSE Linux support offer has changed." I go to the website as instructed and there is no mention of anything. Argh, all the holes in the SuSE nest of websites. Regardless, I can't find a "14-digit registration code" anywhere in my box, and I've bought 6.3, 6.4, 7.1, 7.2 without ever asking a question. Now with 7.3 I want to ask a question about how to go about a partition for RAID and I can't find out how to register. Is install support still offered? Would my question about RAID partitions even be valid? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Find a job, post your resume. http://careers.yahoo.com

It's on the back of the packet of disks. It took me a while to find it too. You might get a quicker answer by looking at SDB, the archives for this list, or just post your question here. JDL Scheme Loh wrote:

On the back of the cd holder under the Star Office logo is the following words: Please use the registration code below to register online, per phone or fax.. Under that is the 14 digit registration code. It is printed twice, on a die cut sticker. You used to be able to peel of one sticker and attach it to a mail in registration form but that is no longer included. Below the registration numbers is the UPC bar code. This is the same place as on the 7.1, 7.2 cd holders. Hopes this helps. -- It said uses Windows 98 or better so I installed SuSE 7.3 Proud user of SuSE 7.3Professional Register Linux User 168814 ICQ #49993234 GPG Public Key available at http://www.keyserver.net Key fingerprint = 6426 1CFF 0987 9D51 76D6 06BC F22A CFF4 559A 03E7
