I upgraded my systems at home and at work from 7.1 -> 7.2 without any problems at all. It just did it! The two machines are very different specs (a pentium II 300 and an Athlon 650). Both 7.1s were vanilla installations without any upgrades or alterations to the natural kernel. I imagine that if you have done any customisation then you may have to fiddle a bit if you want to preserve your changes. HTH Arthur
