You have to contact him directly, don't expect him to read all the lists and notice your problem :-) - -- Cheers, Carlos E. Well, I'm on cox.net and I didn't get any messages from opensuse for two days. Then I got them all in a clump -- 370+ of them. Traffic problem? John Perry -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

No. There is a problem with Comcast blocking the list mail. Call your ISP and complain to them. -- Ken Schneider SuSe since Version 5.2, June 1998 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Oh, sorry, perhaps this is not quite correct: I use Comcast for internet access but earthlink as a mail server. -- Tony Alfrey tonyalfrey@earthlink.net "I'd Rather Be Sailing" -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

How do we know this without word from ListAdmin? They (Comcast) are not likely to call up Germany to find out. lists4.suse.de is not in any RBL that I can see, including comcast.blackholes.us. http://www.mob.net/~ted/tools/rbl.php3?domain=195.135.221.135&Look+up=Look+up The first thing they will ask for is headers or bounce message, which of course those poor souls on comcast don't have. But someone must have access to the server logs there at suse to help out. -- ----------JSA--------- "Ubuntu" is an African word meaning "Suse is too hard for me". -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

In my experience comcast.net is notoriously cranky about receiving messages. They block many many domains including one that I use for work, for no apparent reason. I'm sure its spam related in their view, but they are very aggressive about it. It could be some of the bounced emails we get on the list from time to time that triggered this, who knows. Sorry to hear they added the opensuse.org lists now too. I hear they are even worse at correcting this problem, er, feature of their email servers. Good luck. I know Comcast is problematic in several ways. While I don't use them, my business partner does, and one of our colleagues at a nearby university has frequent problems receiving mail originating in the Comcast realm...

The jury is still out about their "blocking the list". the list server does not appear in their RBL. -- ----------JSA--------- "Ubuntu" is an African word meaning "Suse is too hard for me". -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
