Kernels for SuSE are generally found in the people directory, and the one that usually does the kernels as "Mantel" with a directory of the same name. Be warned though that these kernels get no support because they are experimental. Also keep in mind that if your going to run more than one kernel version then find the top level "Makefile" and look for the line "EXTRAVERSION =" and add a comment to it, something like 2.6.<whatever>-my_test_kernel. For example: EXTRAVERSION = 2.6.xx-testkernel HTH, Curits. - -- Those who throw objects at the crocodiles will be asked to retrieve them. NOTICE TO SPAMMERS: NO TRESPASSING. Violators will be shot. Survivors will be shot again. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/oDC8iqnGhdjCOJsRAm3kAJ95UXit983hAR3E/d51u2vypDr6dgCeIcOo 2aPtu6vqm6fGqcw3P24zf4M= =JtIU -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
