Same problem here using openSuSE 11.0 on 64 bits. However I am able to write CDs. For this issue I think that a bug report has been already filled by someone else. regards -- Bogdan Cristea -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

K3b seems to be very broken.. wcn
I never use K3b to actually burn nowadays only to make ISO images. There are some changes in the interface and responses of the dvd+rw-tools and wodim in more recent versions. K3b also makes use of some undocumented options when burning, so possibly is a little more vulnerable to these being changed. Though the options that have changed I would not expect to affect burning behaviour, the changes mainly relate to detecting media format and device capabilities via wodim, so it is possibly misidentifying media or device types and applying the wrong options. - -- ============================================================================== I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
