Hi All i am running 9.1 pro.I am just wondering why wont yast install my isa pnp modem. When i go to yast and hardware info under isa pnp it detected my cirrus logic pnp v34 modem. i have run pnpdump > /etc/isapnp.conf and configure it and ran isapnp /etc/isapnp.conf. setserial /dev/ttyS0 -a When i go to yast and detect for the modem it still doesnt detect it. Thanks for the reply but is there away of getting it to work. I am really upset that my modem doesnt work if i cant get it working wats the point of using suse.I like suse's x it is much better that RH but its the small things like getting my modem to work that wants me to go back to redhat.
