[opensuse] LibreOffice Spacing Bug causes Pre-defined Templates to print incorrectly
Guys, This is just a FYI follow up to an earlier post on https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35803 . This spacing bug in Libre not only affects user-created documents, but also affects all pre-defined templates that ship with Libre. If your users need to be able to create labels from the pre-defined label templates that come with Libre -- they will no longer align correctly. For example, if you try and create a simple sheet of labels for the Avery-5160 address label, the labels will not print correctly and the last row of labels will run off the bottom of the page. The labels print fine in OpenOffice, but due to the spacing bug, no longer work correctly in LibreOffice. -- David C. YIKES! This may not be limited to Libre - I just installed OO3.3 on windows and was hit with the same spacing problem in OO3.3. I have also reported the issue to OO: http://openoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=117954 If your work relies on being able to create labels/etc. from the pre-defined templates in OO or Libre, please take note of this issue as address labels, etc.. will no longer align correctly when printed from label sheets. I know for a fact that table spacing in OO3.2 was fine, so this looks like a new version issue. -- David C.
