[opensuse] Apache server configuration
I have to questions related to Apache2 server configuration in openSuSE 10.2: 1. From yast+network services+HTTP server: After specifying a new directory to search in with "alias" option, how to specify directory options? I was able to do this by modifying manually "default-server.conf", but I wonder if it is possible to do this from graphical interface. 2. Is there a way to specify an alias to a file (e.g. svn-book.html) instead to a directory? -- Bogdan Cristea -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Alias to file can be a temporal redirect ;) -- "The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education." - Albert Einstein Cristian Rodríguez R. Alias works for files as well as directories: Alias /svn-book.html "/srv/www/htdocs/some/path/svn-book.html" Apache is very well documented <http://httpd.apache.org/> Cheers, Dave -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
