PHP needs to be in *.php files not *.html files for apache to process them Cheers PHil -- Linux 2.4.4-4GB 6:04pm up 5 days, 7:31, 1 user, load average: 3.47, 2.48, 1.57

Hmmm. I put some PHP in an *.html file today and it worked. That was on a solaris box though. I haven't tried it on linux and I don't have access to the httpd.conf file on the solaris box. JDL

I am guessing, but you could probably tell Apache that .html files are to be processed by PHP as well. But thats probably a bad idea. Maybe Apache was set up to do so on that machine. dids
