Anyway, in german (and I could understand most of it. More than I can understand of the babelfish results.) or in english I still can't find the most interesting thing of all: the package list. Previously, there has always been a list of the included rpms and their versions, but here I can't find it.
To SuSE people: is the package list on the site, and I just can't see it, or did you forget to put it up?

Not poetry, and the original poster was mistaken about this being a Babelfish translation. Ladislav was accidentally on the wrong URL, and what he really was reading was a native English page. It's just that this is a Microsoft-authored explanation of why nobody should migrate from Windows to Linux. You've got to love an operating system where the login message invites one to "Have a lot of fun." I will say that there was a time, about five years ago, when the ascendence of Windows and its dumbed-down, cookie-cutter approach to systems was making me consider -- seriously -- gettting out of the IT field and going into something else. I was getting bored. Then I discovered Java which put the fun back into coding for me (and PHP has continued that trend), and I found Linux which put the fun back into just running my computer. Suddenly I'm again *pushing* myself to learn new skills, to understand and control my system in new ways. Thanks to Java, PHP, Apache, Linux, and MySQL, among others, I now *enjoy* my work again. And computers are again my hobby, not just my job. The fun is back, and I'm feeling young and mentally alive again in my workplace. With Windows, the only challenge was figuring out how to work around Microsoft "features" that are there to hand-hold for the novice but which obstruct the expert. With Linux, there is a continuing intellectual growth because I realize that no matter how much I learn, I am *still* not enough of an expert to take complete advantage of the power at my fingertips. It's a question of this: Do I want an o.s. that you grow into, or one I have outgrown? Sorry...off my soapbox now, and I know I just preached a sermon to the choir. Thanks Ladislav. For the SuSE folks: What I would like to know is, will there be an update to the email server package anytime soon? Specifically for the reason of needing to use LDAP3 (OpenLDAP 2.x) for Samba and not wanting to have to do some strange hack to either use the mail server as the "master" for replication or having to filter LDIF files for import back to the mail server. An nice integration of the mail server, LDAP3 and the schema that Samba requires would be an awesome combination in my eyes.
