It's not installed.... wasn't installed by the default base install either.

Also, PulseAudio is not installed - it was not installed when I installed 11.2, and I've nto added anything Pulse related.

Clayton, when I set up Skype on my laptop (11.1), it wouldn't use my microphone. On the advice of some others, I checked for pulse by doing "rpm -qa pulse", and got nothing, as I expected, since I hadn't deliberately installed it. Later, I had yast up for another reason and noticed pulse modules present. Doing a search, I found a number of pulse modules, which I deleted (except for the required library), and everything, including my Skype microphone, worked immediately.
