Banners for openSUSE?
Are there banners available for openSUSE that people could put on their website? -- houghi http://www.opensuse.org/index.php/Making_a_DVD_from_CDs

Cool banners, icons, boot splash images, wallpapers, and all other kind of artwork would also be a nice community project for the artists among the SUSE Linux users. Cheers, Andreas

Well I think there can never be enough of this stuff avaible ;-) But if the community doesn´t produce anything good imho it´s good to have something from the SUSE marketing folks

I've quickly hacked something, in the mean time, until the Novell/SUSE marketing dept gives us something: http://dev-loki.blogspot.com/2005/09/opensuse-web-buttons.html Feel free to use (I guess), but please use a copy of the PNGs and don't refer the URLs directly to my website. You can also grab the GIMP xcf file and make some other designs (e.g. green background, black+white text, whatever...). cheers - -- -o) Pascal Bleser http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/ /\\ <pascal.bleser@skynet.be> <guru@unixtech.be> _\_v ===> FOSDEM 2006 -- February 2006 in Brussels <=== -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFDIXKyr3NMWliFcXcRAvW4AJ4qndVQxiyTXTuE3nf21InPOXymMwCgjsQT eRjiBSiXCl6Wn7xn60zuDjs= =fWlQ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

Great, thanks. I personaly was thinking about real banners of a larger size, but this already is great. Where is the best place to put this on http://openSUSE.org ? -- houghi http://www.opensuse.org/index.php/Making_a_DVD_from_CDs
