Re: [SuSE Linux] Mad as hell
While I didn't have as serious a problem as digs did, I still haven't received an answer to a question I sent the outside Europe support desk 2 months ago during my "free" installation support period. I subsequently found this list and answered alot of my own questions from the archives. But I also haven't received an acknowledgement that my serial number was received when I sent in my registration card. I actually don't care if Linux supplants Microsoft at the desktop or server level, but for those who do these lapses in sound business practices at the most basic level won't help the jihad. It would be a shame to see this distribution (and after using four different distributions I'm a SuSE proponent to the core. In fact I'm getting a friend the box set for Christmas) undermined by these errors. It may not matter, but some people aren't going to be as forgiving.
