Hello all, I tried to install Suse 6.2 on a 386DX40 8 MB pc, but didn't succeed because the install-program aborted each try. Then i decided to try a trick i succesfully performed earlier with a 486DXII by pulling out the harddisk, placing it in my Pentium machine and installing Suse on the harddisk. The installation went fine - on the pentium the Linuxsystem boots ok - but after placing the harddisk back in the 386 machine the system boots but then i get messages like "tty respawning too fast" for all 6 tty's, and after a 5 minute waitingperiod again those 6 messages. So, no input possible. What causes this problem and, more important, what's the solution?
