This an all too common misconfig, sending the DNS to the From: addr rather than the list's envelope addr. As a list admin myself, I try to urge my subscribers to give me a heads up when they detect this sort of problem, because otherwise I don't know of the errors - they aren't going to the list server as they're supposed to. So, when you see this kind of thing, send a report to: suse-linux-e-owner@suse.com with full headers from the offender. This is a problem that requires actual human intervention. I've sent one for this incident, so there should be no need for followup. Of course, I don't know how often the owner gets to his mailbox...
