[opensuse] How do I switch from NetworkManager to wicked ?
I'm trying to $SUBJ using "yast lan", but when I have switched to wicked and exited yast, then go back in, it's still saying NetworkManager. What's the magic incantation? -- Per Jessen, Zürich (11.8°C) http://www.hostsuisse.com/ - virtual servers, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

It would be appear to be: systemctl stop NetworkManager.service systemctl disable NetworkManager.service systemctl enable wicked systemctl start wicked and the back into "yast lan". -- Per Jessen, Zürich (10.0°C) http://www.dns24.ch/ - your free DNS host, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
