As far as I know, there is no mail server component in OX, so you will need to setup your own. I would recommend cyrus. You can get the mail across by using imapsync (this will take a while! and you need to type each username/password). We changed to thunderbird, because outlook really sucks at IMAP, so we just changed peoples outlook settings to use a pst file, then imported it into thunderbird. Hope that helps, good luck! H
