this always happens - I'm trying to install, say, anything, and the install fails because it can't find glib-config. Now, I know that the lastest glib package is installed in SUSE 7.3, because when I try to install it, I get "already installed". so, I use Konquerer, locate, find to find the glib-config. Konquerer locks my machine down for a night,, and in the morning, returns no results; and locate and find neither locate nor find glib-config. where is it? -- regards, kambot -> http://medianox.net
