[opensuse] Good amd AM2 motherboard
I'm fixing to build up a new system here for me to take home an use as my test bed for work things. I'm planning on using a dual core AM2 amd cpu an need a good supported motherboard to run Suse 10.2 on. I have used asus boards in the past with good luck but am willing to use another brand if I can get it from one of the two suppliers I get stuff from here at work. Thanks for any info. I also want to have firewire on the motherboard to keep form adding another card for that. Thanks Jack

This one looks pretty nice, and probably the one I'm about to buy: EPoX EP-MF570SLI It's got 2x PATA (4 devices), 8x SATA, 4x 240 DDR2 800 (4GB each), lots of slots, 2x Gig-E, and so on. No firewire, though. -- Carpe diem - Seize the day. Carp in denim - There's a fish in my pants!
