You never applied any online update before to your 12.1 system, right? This looks consistently like all online updates we did so far. That there is an error with debuginfo is strange though. That one is dated last February: - -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 29014 Feb 3 12:23 krb5-1.9.1-24.1.2_24.3.1.x86_64.drpm so it is failing since then.
