Yes, I have this problem with the Java:packages repo. But this is not 12.1 specific, it is across all build targets.

The Java:packages repo key is defect. GPG tells: n-puma:suse $ gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring ./tmpring.gpg --import repomd.xml.key gpg: keyring `./tmpring.gpg' created gpg: public key C2C0E8D4 is 109 seconds newer than the signature gpg: public key C2C0E8D4 is 109 seconds newer than the signature gpg: key C2C0E8D4: no valid user IDs gpg: this may be caused by a missing self-signature gpg: Total number processed: 1 gpg: w/o user IDs: 1 AFAICS, that's why the key is not imported by zypper refresh. Since a few weeks, it's on my TODO list to write a Bugzilla ticket for it, but I didn't come around to do it.
