[opensuse] Battery info
I have run xosview for many years. Now after the Leap upgrade, I receive the following error message: Cannot get battery information If using APM, have you loaded the `apm' module? If using ACPI, have you loaded the `battery' module? Are these modules referred to kernel modules, or some other flavor? What changed? Thanks, Don -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Thanks, Don Hi I would guess it needs acpi installed, the battery module should be loaded;
lsmod|grep battery If it's present; zypper in acpi -- Cheers Malcolm °¿° LFCS, SUSE Knowledge Partner (Linux Counter #276890) SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 12 | GNOME 3.10.1 | 3.12.51-52.31-default up 11:02, 3 users, load average: 0.17, 0.19, 0.21 CPU AMD A4-5150M @ 2.70GHz | GPU Radeon HD 8350G -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
