Listmates, Where is the keyboard repeat rate variable stored for kde4? The system settings -> comp administration -> kbd & mouse -> keyboard settings only adjusts to a maximum of 25 which is completely at the bottom of the repeat rate scale. I need to find the actual variable so I can double, if not tripple, the rate. In Gnome you have full control over the keyboard repeat. Mearly setting the rate at 1/2 is enough to have your cursor set on fire racing across the screen. In kde4, even at its max setting, the cursor barely crawls cross the screen.
